Lead junior engineers in understanding requirements. Translate Business Requirements: Convert functional and non‑functional requirements into system designs, communicate component interactions across teams, identify potential risks, and report them to the team lead. System Design and Architecture: Design and develop complex architectural solutions that are robust, scalable, and meet project requirements; plan and pilot new technology capabilities to enhance system functionality and user experience. Skills and Competencies Technical Expertise : Advanced technical knowledge in software development; capable of analyzing patterns across bugs and implementing systemic solutions. Leadership : Ability to lead technical discussions and decisions; capable of mentoring junior engineers. Communication : Effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical ones and vice versa. Problem‑Solving : Strong problem‑solving skills, including identifying potential impacts of risks and implementing systemic solutions. Proactiveness : Proactively seek clarification on non‑functional requirements, pursue new knowledge, and adapt to emerging trends and solutions. Qualifications Experience with .NET and .NET Core/Standard development in C#; REST based Web APIs; Microsoft SQL Server; .NET MVC 5; HTML, CSS, and web standards. Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and AngularJS. Understanding of supplementary technology areas and design patterns (CQRS, MVC, MVVM, Repository, etc.). Experience with enterprise‑scale multi‑tenant Cloud/SaaS web environments. Expertise in source control (Git, Subversion) and continuous integration (TeamCity). Knowledge of DDD, TDD, SOLID principles. 8–10+ years’ experience in a software development environment; strong senior technical leadership; mentoring and coaching experience. Experience with transactional systems (banking, finance, telecommunications, etc.) and building internal platforms with a product‑led mindset. Performance optimisation and troubleshooting experience, especially on production systems. Experience working with enterprise distributed systems, SaaS applications, and regulated, compliance‑based environments.
