As our Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will lead and support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety practices across Dunedin. You will provide practical, trusted advice on legislation, risk management and incident prevention, while building strong relationships that lift engagement and ownership. You will also support training, change and communications to embed a proactive, safety‑conscious culture. Formal Health & Safety qualification and 5+ years of experience. Sound working knowledge of HSWA 2015 and supporting regulations. Experience with critical risk methodologies (e.g., Bowtie, critical controls). Strong reporting skills: ability to analyse, validate and present H&S insights. Audit capability (qualification and/or demonstrated competency). Full, clean Class 1 driver’s licence. Why Delta?
