Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven marketing professional to join Tradify on a 12 month fixed term contract, covering a period of parental leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact regional marketing role within a fast-growing SaaS business — and hit the ground running from day one. You’ll take ownership of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, manage regional marketing partnership programs, and bring fresh thinking to identifying and testing new growth opportunities across ANZ. You’ll be a key player in a small, high-performance marketing team where your work will be visible, valued, and commercially meaningful. The right candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented, and genuinely passionate about the role marketing plays in driving growth at a technology business like Tradify. Responsibilities Plan and implement the growth strategy for the ANZ region Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns Identify, test and scale new regional channels and partnerships to increase awareness and drive leads Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on regional marketing performance Ensure continuity of in-flight campaigns and programs, with a smooth handover at both the start and end of the contract term Skills & Expertise The ideal candidate will have: At least 5 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related CRM/retention-focused role Demonstrated ability to design and execute multi-stage lifecycle programs that deliver measurable retention and engagement outcomes Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, including trial conversion, onboarding, adoption, and renewal dynamics Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and comfort working with segmentation and behavioural triggers An analytical mindset — able to interpret cohort data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable programs Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft customer-facing copy that is clear, compelling, and on-brand Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams Comfort working as part of a distributed, global marketing team across multiple time zones Benefits Hybrid Working 3 office/2 home 6 Wellbeing days per year 3 Giving back days per year Southern Cross Health Insurance cover Life insurance cover A Dog-Friendly office A values-based culture Big Break (4 day trip w/ expenses paid for) #J-18808-Ljbffr
