Role Summary Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of public and private sector work, we are seeking an experienced Stormwater Team Leader to join our Auckland office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior or Principal Stormwater Engineer ready to step into a leadership position, or an established Team Leader looking for a new challenge within a collaborative and technically strong environment. Key Responsibilities Lead stormwater projects from concept through to construction Provide technical review and guidance to project teams Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers Manage project budgets, programmes and resources Build strong client and stakeholder relationships Support business development and proposal preparation Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across civil, environmental and water infrastructure projects About You Degree qualified Civil or Environmental Engineer CPEng or working towards Chartered status 8+ years experience in stormwater or water infrastructure Strong knowledge of stormwater networks, catchment planning, flood management and hydraulic design Proven project delivery experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for developing people and leading teams Salary and Benefits Annual salary: $140,000 – $175,000 (NZD) Employee‑owned business Strong project pipeline Career progression opportunities Flexible working arrangements Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to help shape the future growth of the business Why This is a Great Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior or Principal Stormwater Engineer ready to step into a leadership position, or an established Team Leader looking for a new challenge within a collaborative and technically strong environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
