Overview Our Business Systems team is looking for a Kaihautū Kounga ā-Pūnaha | Systems Quality Lead. This role is the technical lead responsible for leading digital change strategies and driving positive change across Te Puni Kōkiri to ensure the successful adoption of digital ways of working as implemented by the Information Systems Directorate. This is a fixed term opportunity until the end of June 2027. Responsibilities The Systems Quality Lead supports the successful adoption of digital systems and ways of working across Te Puni Kōkiri. The role works closely with kaimahi to respond to business needs, triage requests received by the Business Systems team, and help resolve issues related to systems and processes. You will identify opportunities for process improvements, support the implementation of system changes and ensure clear communication so kaimahi understand and can effectively use new tools and processes. Qualifications Practical understanding of the Agile framework Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions Experience using the M365 suite of products including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, LMS, Dynamics CRM and Power BI Experience with product configurations, designing, documenting, testing and implementing new applications and systems Critical thinking ability with proven problem‑solving capability to design solutions High standards of professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity and confidentiality to ensure work is completed quickly, accurately and with minimal supervision Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to others Ability to work autonomously and continuously show initiative Comfortable working in a tikanga Māori environment with commitment to use basic Te Reo Māori Benefits A range of allowances including childcare and Te Reo Māori proficiency Medical insurance discounts Flexible working options In‑house Te Reo Māori training Kaimahi development and career options Additional Information Televisa: [email protected] Tono mai | Apply Now!Ka aukati ngā tono hei te Rātapu 19 Hōngongoi 2026 ā te 11.55pm | Applications close on Sunday 19 July 2026 at 11.55pm.
