Kaihautū Kounga ā-Pūnaha | Systems Quality Lead, Business Systems

Overview Our Business Systems team is looking for a Kaihautū Kounga ā-Pūnaha | Systems Quality Lead. This role is the technical lead responsible for leading digital change strategies and driving positive change across Te Puni Kōkiri to ensure the successful adoption of digital ways of working as implemented by the Information Systems Directorate. This is a fixed term opportunity until the end of June 2027. Responsibilities The Systems Quality Lead supports the successful adoption of digital systems and ways of working across Te Puni Kōkiri. The role works closely with kaimahi to respond to business needs, triage requests received by the Business Systems team, and help resolve issues related to systems and processes. You will identify opportunities for process improvements, support the implementation of system changes and ensure clear communication so kaimahi understand and can effectively use new tools and processes.
