Job Description You will provide expert support in: Recruitment and selection Team performance management Compensation and benefits management Succession planning, health, safety and wellness Training and development of employees Maintain employee relations and labour relations Qualifications What can we offer: Base Salary : $75K to $85K Bonus : 10% Other Benefits : Medical, Dental, Retirement What are we looking in our HR Manager? You have 5-9 years experience in Human Resource. You have 2-3 years in a leadership role. You've worked for more than 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
