We are now seeking a highly capable Workshop Foreman to lead and coordinate our busy, high-performing service workshop. About the Role This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the day-to-day management of workshop operations. You will ensure workflow efficiency, uphold the highest standards of workmanship, and support a team of skilled technicians in delivering exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and prioritise workshop jobs to maximise efficiency and productivity Provide technical guidance and support to technicians Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met Maintain high standards of quality control and compliance Liaise closely with Service Advisors to ensure seamless communication Drive continuous improvement across workshop processes and performance Uphold health, safety, and brand standards at all times What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a similar Workshop Foreman role Strong technical background within automotive servicing Leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent organisational and problem‑solving skills A commitment to delivering premium customer experiences Experience with Jaguar Land Rover or European brands (advantageous) What We Offer When you join Giltrap Group, you're joining New Zealand's leading automotive group.
