IT Engineer

Overview We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services across Asia Pacific and EMEA. We offer solutions in desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies, with headquarters in Adelaide, Australia and offices throughout the region. Location and Work Mode Site locations: Renwick, Blenheim, and other locations in New Zealand. Work mode: Dispatch – On‑call, ticket‑based, freelance, part‑time, casual. SLA: SBD or NBD support or whenever required. Key Responsibilities Deliver on‑site technical support and ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms. Perform operating system installations and re‑imaging activities. Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments. Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure. Respond promptly to technical issues and service requests. Document support activities and resolutions in accordance with company procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Experienced IT engineer with a solid technical background. Strong knowledge of desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies. Proficient in operating system installation, imaging and hardware troubleshooting. Experienced in troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments and configuring routers/switches. Ability to set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms. Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach. Business English proficiency with local language skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
