As an EMS (Electronic Monitoring Service) Field Officer, you will ensure electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and functioning for people serving non‑custodial sentences in courts, prisons and residential homes. You will be the first point of contact for any equipment failure or alert activation and liaise with our field support team to resolve issues quickly. Rotating roster – 24/7, on‑call duty Pay rate: $28.95per hour Full and ongoing training provided Supportive team environment Assistance in other business sectors when required Responsibilities You will: Install and maintain electronic monitoring equipment in varied locations (courts, prisons, residential homes). Respond to on‑site calls and troubleshoot equipment problems. Coordinate with field support to ensure rapid issue resolution. Document and report all activity accurately.
