About The Role Working within our BAS team, you will: Manage client portfolios and deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior and intermediate staff Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure compliance with technical and taxation requirements Contribute to team performance and continuous process improvement Support the firm’s strategic objectives and high-service standards Qualifications This role suits someone currently at Manager level (or ready to step up) who is looking for a lateral move into a progressive, well-regarded firm.
