About the Role Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a busy, process-driven environment? We are seeking a proactive Events Programme Administrator to provide critical operational support for a portfolio of international events and delivery programmes. Please note: This is a behind-the-scenes administration, documentation, and coordination role. It is not an on-site event delivery or event management role. You will be the administrative backbone ensuring all tracking, communications, and data run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Inbox & Query Management: Manage the central Events inbox. Triage and respond to enquiries from external sector providers and internal stakeholders. Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate event documentation, applications, forms, and tracking spreadsheets. Update internal calendars and web content. Systems Administration: Support the administration of our digital events platform, including event setup, attendee data management, and automated communications. Financial Administration: Support day-to-day operational financial processes, including invoicing, tracking spend, and post-event reconciliation. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate event-related meetings, briefings, and follow-up activities, ensuring milestones and actions are tracked. Skills & Experience Required Strong Administration Background: Proven experience in a business support, programme administration, or team coordinator role. Excellent Systems Literacy: Strong Microsoft 365 capability (particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams, Forms, and SharePoint) and the ability to pick up new digital platforms quickly. High Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills with a knack for maintaining accuracy across high-volume administrative tasks. Clear Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with a professional phone/email manner for managing stakeholder queries. Financial Savvy: Comfort with basic financial tracking, processing invoices, and reconciliations.
