Insurance Financial Advisor

We’re a fast growing, client-focused advisory business looking for a Financial Adviser / Insurance Adviser to join our team. We are looking for someone who is good-natured, honest, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcomes for their clients. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Auckland. You’ll be working with clients across life, health, and personal risk insurance, helping them make informed decisions and putting tailored protection in place. We provide New client leads (approximately 20 warm leads/week with fluctuations) Training and ongoing support CRM system and well organised resources Flexibility to work hybrid or remote once trained Ongoing mentoring and development to increase conversion and retention Compliance and QA What we are looking for Hold current certificate in Financial services (Level 5) specialising in life, health and disability insurance Strong people skills and a client-first mindset Honest, ethical, and values-driven approach Comfortable reaching out to clients Willingness to learn Remuneration Remuneration is commission-based only, with very competitive splits on both company-provided leads and any clients you bring with you. Indicative earnings for our associate advisers are between $90,000 – $200,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
