The Role: You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team and can lead by example, share their knowledge and skills, be open to implementing new business ideas and above all want to grow your counter and business to its full potential. You will also: Manage targets and sales figures Enjoy doing hands on, in-depth skincare consultations & professional grade mini skin treatments on counter, recommending products and closing the sale. Motivate, mentor and lead a team Implement self-starter promotions and new business initiatives Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels Be the glue that holds the counter together. About You: Proven experience working within Beauty industry, achieving sales targets, and providing our customers with a five star experience. You will need to hold a beauty therapy or beautician qualification. A passion for Skincare, Health & Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves. Great time management, problem solving and communication skills. Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.
