Job Description
Hours of work: minimum 30 hours or above per week Shifted from Monday to Friday Duties: work dairy – appointments and travel arrangement Make appointments for the director Arrange the appointments on time, location between the director and the client Arrange the ticketing and accommodation booking for the director’s travelling Make phone calls for the director, arrange phone call for the director through Wechat, Skype, multi party phone meeting Arrange the potential customers’ enquiries; filter the enquiry before passing to director Take dictation and reply letters Record minutes, take dictation and arrange meeting booking and facilities Arrange the translation for business details Process mails, maintain records and reports Research, prepare and format emails, letters and reports Draft emails for the director and get approved before sent Save all emails into our server for further records Attend meetings and act accordingly Arrange business meeting with agenda. Arrange the training meeting for new regulations in the industry; prepare all necessary samples and documents Be responsible for the company files and participate meetings on behalf of the director. Attend the seminar or workshop to get the industry trend and new regulations Other duties as required Requirement: An equivalent NZQF diploma OR at least three years relevant working experience Preferred Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills; Excellent time management skills and computing skills; Able to assist the manager and facilitate the manager's work to ensure the quality of management and the timely finish of work Bilingual languages is preferable Have good knowledge about business and management Adaptable to change and able to multi-tasks Able to work under pressure Bilingual communication skills are preferred, as the role involves regular communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
