This role includes supporting clinics across the Manawatū-Whanganui region, so travel is required and a full driver's license with your own transport is essential. This is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Do you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment? If so, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic hearing tests and assessments. Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and related devices. Provide ongoing client care, including follow‑up appointments and rehabilitation support. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with company protocols. Educate clients on hearing health and device use. Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and healthcare professionals. Assist with reporting and identify opportunities for clinic growth. About You Master's Degree in Audiology (or equivalent qualification recognized by MNZAS). MNZAS membership (or eligibility to obtain). Strong clinical standards and adherence to protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and commitment to client care.
