We Go Beyond for A Safer World Te Tūranga – The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team and contribute to driving growth, strengthening the Tait brand, and supporting sales performance through aligned, outcome-focused marketing initiatives for New Zealand. This role connects New Zealand execution with global strategy, ensuring our marketing reflects the evolving market—from Land Mobile Radio (LMR)-led solutions (including PSN) to integrated, multi-technology offerings enabled through investments such as Vital and m-View video. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll work closely with the General Manager of Tait New Zealand, acting as the country marketing lead and a key partner to the sales team. Key responsibilities Own and deliver the NewZealand marketing plan aligned to regional priorities and key accounts Drive demand generation through campaigns, events and digital activity Support expansion into broader solution areas beyond traditional radio Lead partner and channel marketing activation locally Support go‑to‑market for new products, services and solutions Build customer advocacy through case studies, events and engagement initiatives Contribute to measurable marketing performance, pipeline growth and ROI Plan budgets and oversee financial aspects of regional marketing investment Measure and report marketing performance to leadership Ensure alignment with brand, compliance and data/privacy requirements Collaborate with global marketing, product, content and creative teams to deliver high‑quality campaigns About you You are a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys working at both a strategic and operational level. You’re comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and know how to translate global direction into local impact. Qualifications At least 5 years’ experience in a global marketing environment Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in a solutions‑based or technology environment Proven ability to deliver campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable outcomes Experience working closely with sales teams and regional stakeholders Confidence in managing budgets, events and integrated marketing programs A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across global teams Experience with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM (preferred) Exposure to professional mobile radio, communications or adjacent technologies (desirable) Qualities you bring Takes ownership and drives outcomes Communicates clearly and confidently Uses data and insights to inform decisions Builds strong relationships internally and externally Benefits We provide a comfortable work environment with modern office facilities, free onsite parking, gym and café.
