In this 38 Hours Per Week from Sunday - Thursday position requires availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. A Day in the Life Lead your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a joyful, customer-first atmosphere. Train, develop, and inspire your team to bring their best selves to work every day. Keep the store looking fabulous with fresh visual merchandising displays and regular promotions. Manage stock to minimise loss while maximising opportunities for sales. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment where customers and team members can feel right at home. Create rosters that suit store demand and ensure the team is well-supported during trading hours. What You’ll Bring Previous leadership experience in apparel retail. Experience in managing high stock volume and reducing stock loss. A love for delivering an unforgettable customer experience and creating a playful atmosphere. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs with a smile. Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
