A fantastic opportunity exists to lead a team in a construction related manufacturing business on Aucklands North Shore. This role starts off as General Manager with the opportunity to buy in gradually to exit the current owner. The business has a strong pipeline of work and proprietary products that give it huge potential for growth in the future. We are looking for a Leader who has shown the ability to grow businesses in a construction or related business. Your past success has been displayed by your ability to bring discipline, process, leadership and motivation to the team as well as driving results from a financial perspective.
