Job Description

LIC, a farmer-owned co‑operative in New Zealand, seeks a Head of Customer to lead end‑to‑end customer experience across NZ Markets. You’ll align CX design, research, UX/UI, brand & communications, events and a call centre, driving a customer‑centric culture with measurable impact.
