With site operations underway on the West Coast near Greymouth and strong expansion plans across multiple gold and copper assets, this is your chance to be part of a high-performing team from the ground up. Your contribution will have a direct impact as the operation moves toward full production and beyond. The Role We are seeking an experienced Cablebolt Operator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving underground environment for Greymouth . You will be responsible for operating cable bolting equipment and supporting safe, efficient ground support installation across site. This role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, with some flexibility available to support work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Cablebolt Operations Install ground support in accordance with the Ground Control Management Plan Operate cable bolting equipment safely and efficiently Support underground development, charge‑up and services installation activities Follow issued plans and communicate effectively across crews and shifts Complete all required documentation and reporting Maintain clear and professional radio communication Safety and Compliance Promote and lead a strong safety culture across site Identify, report and manage hazards proactively Ensure compliance with site health, safety and environmental standards Participate in inspections and safety verification activities Maintain fitness for work, including adherence to drug and alcohol policies About You Experience and Qualifications Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Cablebolt, Jumbo or Longhole Driller role Underground mining experience (metalliferous, tunnelling or production) Proven ability to operate mobile equipment and work within a crew Full Manual Driver's Licence First Aid Certificate WTR and Class 2/4 licences (or willingness to obtain) Skills and Attributes Team player with the ability to contribute to crew performance Positive, proactive and can‑do attitude Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable and results‑driven Why Apply?
