Working alongside internal stakeholders and implementation partners, you'll design future-state processes, support the rollout of new systems and drive adoption across the business. Key Responsibilities Map current and future-state business processes Gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions Manage vendor relationships and implementation activities Develop a phased systems and technology rollout roadmap Lead stakeholder engagement, change management and user adoption Skills & Experience Business analysis experience within construction or project-based environments Strong process improvement and systems implementation capability Proven stakeholder engagement across executive and operational teams Experience delivering transformation or change programmes Procore exposure highly regarded About the Company Our client is a well-established Tauranga construction business operating across multiple sectors and delivering a diverse range of projects throughout the Bay of Plenty and wider New Zealand market.
