About the Role The SeniorMarketing Executive plays a key role within the marketing function, acting assecond-in-command and supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver bothstrategic and business-as-usual initiatives. You will lead key campaigns, drivePR strategy, and ensure the seamless execution of marketing activity across thebusiness. This is ahands-on role that bridges strategy and execution. You will oversee digitalplatforms and marketing systems, manage projects, and ensure all communicationsreflect Millbrook’s premium positioning. You will also play an important role in mentoring junior team membersand supporting collaboration across the resort, alongside specific people leadershipresponsibilities. About You 4-6 years of previous experience in amarketing, brand, or digital role, ideally within a premium or luxuryenvironment Strong understanding of PR and communications,with experience managing media relationships and brand exposure Highly organised with strong projectmanagement skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Data-driven mindset with experience inreporting, analytics and performance optimisation Excellent copywriting and contentdevelopment skills, tailored to a premium audience Strong commercial acumen and abilityto align marketing activity with business outcomes Confident stakeholder manager withexcellent communication skills across all levels High attention to detail and acommitment to delivering high-quality work Experience managing, mentoring orsupporting junior team members; previous line-management experience isadvantageous Working at Millbrook At Millbrook, our people are ourgreatest assets.
