Job Description

Hospitality Supervisors are responsible for the professional, efficient and safe operations of one or more of the on mountain Hospitality outlets, including the responsible sale of liquor. Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Able to manage a team objectively and make decisions based on workplace performance in a fair and reasonable manner. Demonstrated experience as a supervisor of a team within the hospitality industry, preferably in a ski resort environment. Holds (or has previously held and is willing to renew) a current Duty Manager's License. Thorough knowledge of New Zealand Sale of Liquor Act and other relevant industry legislation.
