As part of our growing Digital team, we're looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that help clients and project teams make better decisions. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse range of infrastructure, environmental and engineering projects, supporting data-driven outcomes while collaborating with specialists throughout New Zealand and our global business. The role Analyse, interpret and validate datasets to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement. Develop reports, dashboards and data visualisations that support project delivery and client outcomes. Support automation initiatives, process improvements and data workflows. Undertake data quality checks, calibration, calculations and reporting activities. Work closely with project teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality analytical outputs. Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by meeting agreed budgets, timeframes and quality standards. Assist with stakeholder engagement and build effective working relationships across the business. Maintain accurate documentation and follow information management and quality processes. About you A tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics or a related discipline. Experience analysing and interpreting complex datasets. Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar reporting and analytics tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within project teams. A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
