Job Description

Consultant / Senior Consultant – Organisation Workforce Transformation Full‑time. Department: Consulting | Transformation | Organisation & Workforce Transformation. We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our Wellington team. Primary Responsibilities Leading team briefings to set daily objectives and deliverables. Facilitating workshops and training sessions for client teams. Preparing client presentations and reviewing feedback to refine proposals. Leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance project outcomes. Updating project documentation, progress reports, and change‑management frameworks. Analyzing client data to identify trends and develop strategy. Mentoring junior consultants and supporting team development. Engaging in personal learning and professional development activities. Collaborating with national Human Capital team on business development activities. Experience & Qualifications Experience: 2‑4 years for Consultants; 4‑7 years for Senior Consultants, preferably in consulting or professional services and/or HR/people/talent development roles. Senior Consultants should have team leadership/management experience. Qualification: Tertiary qualification relevant to people at work and business. Topics may include Change Management, Organisational Development, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, Adult Education, Human Resource Development/Management, Communications, Labour Economics, Behavioural Theory. AI Adaptability: Demonstrated openness to learning and applying AI‑driven solutions. Expertise: Proven experience designing and delivering organisational operating models, change‑management programmes, organisation redesign, learning and development strategies, strategic workforce planning and succession planning. Communication Skills: Near‑native fluency in English, excellent verbal and written skills, capable of creating compelling presentations and reports. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to gain trust and confidence through effective collaboration. Project Management: Skilled in managing complex, multi‑faced projects, ensuring successful delivery. Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative abilities to identify root causes and offer clear, logical solutions.
