Job Description

Overview Join a fast-growing business in Avondale where the finance team is moving at pace and needs an extra pair of capable hands. This is a hands‑on temp opportunity with a strong AP focus, supporting the team with daily transactional finance activity and helping keep things running smoothly during a busy period of growth. Responsibilities Monitoring and managing the accounts inbox Processing supplier invoices and AP transactions Checking invoice details and ensuring information is recorded accurately Supporting payment processes and general accounts administration Helping with credit card transactions and other day‑to‑day finance tasks Providing support across payroll activity, if this is part of your experience Working alongside the AP and accounts admin team to keep work flowing Requirements Solid AP, Accounts Assistant or Accounts Administrator experience. Confidence working through a busy accounts inbox and keeping transactions moving. A helpful, can‑do attitude and the ability to pick things up quickly. Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment where processes are still evolving. Payroll, MYOB, Acumatica or AP automation experience would be great, but not essential.
