Trade Counter Assistant – Blenheim Plumbing As part of the Trade Counter team (Branch Staff) in Blenheim, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly. Responsibilities Provide customer service and information about products. Provide quotes both in person and over the phone. Undertake pick packing and stock control activities. Keep the branch tidy and safe. Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate. Computer literate and willing to learn new systems. Clean, valid driver’s licence and open to working various shifts, including weekends. Motivated to develop their career – either locally within the network or at head office.
