This is a brand with real soul and a team that genuinely loves what they do. They are looking for a Retail and Wholesale Manager to be the hero of the store and the face of the brand in person. This is not just a retail management role, it is part sales, part storytelling, part relationship building, and part operations. You will manage the in-store team, drive retail and corporate sales targets, and look after a growing portfolio of wholesale accounts including some of New Zealand's most respected retailers. You will be based in Hunterville and will travel to visit wholesale partners and corporate clients as needed, driven by you and the needs of the business. This is a role for someone who can walk into a room, own it, and make people feel genuinely connected to what they are buying. What You Will Be Doing Running the day-to-day retail operation and creating an exceptional in-store experience for every customer who walks through the door Driving sales across retail, corporate gifting, and wholesale channels with clear targets across each Managing and developing a small in-store team including part-time and weekend staff Growing the wholesale account base by identifying new stockist opportunities, building relationships, and expanding the brand's footprint with the right partners Ensuring every account is set up to sell the brand well - from point of sale and merchandising through to wholesale booklets and in-store presentation Getting Hubspot up and running and using it to manage and grow wholesale and corporate relationships Travelling to meet wholesale and corporate clients when needed What You Will Bring Experience in retail management, wholesale, or a role that spans both A genuine love of storytelling and selling with purpose, you do not just sell a product, you sell what it means The ability to bring structure and systems to a business that is ready for them Strong relationship-building skills and confidence managing corporate and wholesale accounts Experience with Hubspot is valued Someone who can manage themselves, back their own ideas, and get things done without needing to be told twice Why This Role Great base salary plus bonus structure Flexible working hours - whether you are a 9 to 4 or a 7 to 3 person, or need something that works around young kids, they will make it work All tools of the trade covered Fun travel opportunities around New Zealand A genuinely warm, family-first team culture where everyone mucks in and looks out for each other The chance to be part of a brand that is growing fast and doing something really meaningful Growth opportunity within the business for the right person in this role We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
