Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a permanent role. The position will involve interacting with customers both in-store and on the phone, handling inquiries, processing sales, and resolving issues. You will be responsible for ensuring a memorable customer experience and upholding company standards. Hours Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:45 pm Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Saturday: 8:30 am – 5:15 pm Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Handle all customer enquiries, including hire purchase contracts, sales enquiries, credit applications and cash sales. Proactively resolve customer issues and work to meet their expectations. Deliver expert service and demonstrate in-store product knowledge. Qualifications Experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
