Based at Tauranga Hospital. Fixed term position until 31 December 2026 – 24 hours per week. Subsidised onsite hospital gym membership + free staff car parking. About the Role Manage RMO recruitment and onboarding Manage RMO Medical Council and immigration requirements Organise rental and accommodation Collate credentialing start‑up paperwork and process on appropriate systems Facilitate orientation sessions Provide monthly reporting About You Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage fluctuating workloads Experience within a hospital or medical industry preferred Background in HR support Intermediate/advanced computer skills Attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills About the Team/Service/Location You’ll be joining a highly skilled, collaborative, and passionate team. The medical staffing unit is responsible for 256 Resident Medical Officers across Tauranga and Whakatāne hospital sites.
