With over 22 automotive brands and 1,000+ people across New Zealand, our mission is simple: deliver smarter systems that power real-world performance.We’re now looking for a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join our Digital Technology Team in Christchurch and play a key role in our Drive:365 Programme — migrating our legacy DMS into Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.**The Opportunity**This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll take ownership of Finance-led functional design and delivery across D365 F&O.You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform is configured, optimised, and delivering measurable business value — from fit-gap and design through to go-live and stabilisation.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Lead fit-gap analysis and functional design* Configure and optimise D365 modules, workflows, and controls* Translate business requirements into scalable, standard (“vanilla”) solutions* Support data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities* Provide hands-on functional support, including issue resolution and root cause analysis* Partner with implementation vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery* Drive process standardisation, data quality, and governance improvements* Contribute to the Drive:365 roadmap, shaping how the business operates in the future**What We’re Looking For**Essential* At least 3 years’ experience as a D365 Functional Consultant* Strong Finance and/or Supply Chain expertise* The ability to confidently lead conversations with business stakeholders* Experience working in ERP transformation or implementation environmentsHighly Desirable* Experience with Autoline or other DMS platforms* Understanding of data migration, integrations, and reconciliation processes* Experience working with implementation partners or vendorsKey Strengths* Excellent communication skills — able to engage teams and senior stakeholders* Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving* Ability to balance best practice vs practical business needs* A proactive, ownership-driven mindset**Why Join Us?*** Be part of a large-scale transformation (Drive:365) with real impact* Work in a modern Christchurch office (Waterloo Business Park)* Join a team that values clarity, collaboration, and delivery* Opportunity to own outcomes, not just tasks* Play a key role in shaping our future-state platform**Working Details*** Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)* Christchurch-based**Ready to Apply?**If you’re a D365 Functional Consultant who enjoys turning complex business needs into clean, effective solutions — this is your chance to make a real impact.Apply now with your CV and cover letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
