What you'll be doing Reading and following job sheets and fabrication schedules accurately. Performing minor maintenance and ensuring your work area and equipment are kept clean and safe. Working collaboratively with the wider fabrication team to meet production targets and quality standards. Identifying and solving CNC programming issues quickly and effectively. Contributing to continuous improvement and helping us deliver the best outcomes for our customers. What you'll bring 2-3 years\' experience operating and programming CNC machinery. Experience in aluminium fabrication or joinery manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Physically fit with good timekeeping and teamwork skills. A proactive approach to health, safety, and continuous improvement.
