Procurement Portfolio Manager Babcock is looking for a Procurement Portfolio Manager to lead the Procurement team based in Devonport, Auckland. About The Role This high‑impact leadership role drives supply chain planning across a complex, multi‑program environment. You will lead strategy, systems, and teams to deliver integrated procurement, inventory, and planning outcomes that directly enable programme success. You will influence commercial decisions, improve supplier performance, and ensure planning frameworks are scalable, efficient, and aligned to business priorities. The role offers an opportunity to shape procurement and supply‑chain capability, build high‑performing teams, and embed best‑practice processes, delivering measurable improvements in cost, performance, and supply continuity while mentoring senior professionals and strengthening organisational capability. About You You are an experienced supply‑chain leader who thrives in complex, high‑stakes environments. You bring strong commercial acumen, confidently balancing operational demands with strategic planning. You lead teams with clarity, develop capability while driving performance improvements, and are data‑driven, proactive, and able to anticipate risks before they impact delivery. With excellent stakeholder‑management skills, you influence across functions and suppliers, and are comfortable implementing scalable systems and continuously improving processes to deliver measurable business outcomes.
