Security Guard Wanted – Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available We are seeking experienced and professional Security Guards to join our team in a busy supermarket environment. If you are reliable, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about New Zealand security requirements, we would like to hear from you. Key Requirements Previous experience as a Security Guard is essential. Strong understanding of the Privacy Act 2020 and relevant New Zealand legislation . Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property. Professional appearance and conduct at all times. Must be able to work weekends. Current COA (Certificate of Approval) preferred. Have the right to work in New Zealand. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol supermarket premises. Prevent theft, loss, and anti-social behaviour. Respond to incidents and security concerns promptly and professionally. Prepare incident reports when required. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and New Zealand legislation. Hours of Work Full-time and part-time positions available. Days and hours of work will be discussed during the interview process. Flexibility to work weekends is essential.
