About The Role As a Sleep Coach , you’ll work in our Christchurch clinic supporting customers on their sleep health journey. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll combine customer service, administration, and sales support in a highly rewarding, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Supporting customers to improve their sleep health with empathy and care Providing education and guidance on sleep therapy solutions Assisting with sleep studies and coordinating with sleep physicians Managing reception, appointments, and general administration Recommending tailored solutions and supporting product sales Creating a welcoming, professional in-clinic experience Supporting customers with the fitting of sleep solutions General cleaning and clinic operations About The Team We’re a collaborative, close-knit team that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. What matters most is your attitude and ability to connect with people.
