About the role As a Sleep Coach you will work in our Christchurch clinic supporting customers on their sleep health journey. Reporting to the Team Leader you will combine customer service, administration and sales support in a highly rewarding, people‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities Support customers to improve their sleep health with empathy and care Provide education and guidance on sleep therapy solutions Assist with sleep studies and coordinate with sleep physicians Manage reception, appointments and general administration Recommend tailored solutions and support product sales Create a welcoming, professional in‑clinic experience Assist customers with the fitting of sleep solutions Conduct general cleaning and clinic operations About the team We’re a collaborative, close‑knit team that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. What matters most is your attitude and ability to connect with people.
