Job Description
Marketing Manager – BNZ – Auckland, New Zealand Permanent, full‑time, hybrid position (three days in office, two days flexible). About the role Responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications to drive better customer outcomes and strong marketing ROI. Responsibilities Understand behaviours, journeys and channels of key audiences to design, develop, and deliver marketing communications programmes. Manage programmes across paid and direct channels, partnering with agencies from briefing and planning to go‑live and optimisation. Work as part of a high‑performance team, proactively identifying opportunities and experimenting to improve outcomes. Develop strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear marketing plans, messaging and customer‑facing activity. Lead social and content initiatives, designing and delivering communications for engagement. Utilise data, measurement and optimisation to continuously improve activity and strengthen ROMI. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in Marketing and Communications. Motivated self‑starter with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously. Proven project and campaign management experience, including delivery and stakeholder management of marketing initiatives. Experience working with external creative, media, and event agencies and suppliers. Experience in financial services or fintech preferred.
