Front End Developer

Job Description: Front-End Developer Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Angular for web front-end development, possess a strong understanding of Java for web backend integration, and have hands‑on experience developing mobile applications using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android). THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION IDEAL START DATE - JUNE 2026 Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular, ensuring seamless integration with Java‑based backend services. Collaborate with backend developers to implement APIs and optimise web performance. Create and maintain mobile applications for iOS (using Swift) and Android (using Kotlin), delivering consistent user experiences across devices. Translate UI/UX designs into functional, interactive applications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across web and mobile platforms. Work closely with cross‑functional teams including designers, QA, and project managers. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience developing web applications with Angular. Strong proficiency in Java for web backend development and integration. Solid experience building native mobile applications using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g. Git), and agile methodologies. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable: Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure). Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools for web and mobile applications.
