About the Role In this key position, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support both operational and strategic decision‑making. You’ll play a central role in ensuring financial discipline, strong cost control, and improved business performance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and support stocktakes. Analyse gross profit, pricing impacts, and overall profitability. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and track performance against targets. Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital. Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights for pricing and commercial decisions. Ensure compliance, strong internal controls, and support audit processes. About You You’ll bring strong technical accounting capability combined with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights. You enjoy collaborating with others and are comfortable working across multiple business areas. You will have: A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years’ experience in management accounting. Progress toward CA/CPA (preferred but not essential). Strong understanding of accounting principles and month‑end processes. Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing large datasets. Experience with ERP/financial systems. Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and problem‑solving skills.
