We're looking for experienced Civil Carpenters to join a busy construction team delivering large‑scale bridge infrastructure in Drury. This is a hands‑on role where you'll construct formwork, structural concrete elements and bridge components that will become part of a significant civil development. Location: Drury, South Auckland Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $33.00–$35.00 per hour | Weekly pay What's On Offer? Major bridge construction project with ongoing work $33.00–$35.00 per hour with weekly pay Consistent hours working alongside experienced civil crews About the Role Working on a large-scale bridge project, you'll be responsible for constructing and installing formwork for reinforced concrete structures. You'll work closely with site engineers, operators, and construction teams to deliver high-quality structural work safely, efficiently, and to specification. What You'll Be Doing Construct and install formwork for bridge structures and reinforced concrete elements Build boxing, foundations, bridge abutments and structural concrete formwork Measure, cut and assemble timber and formwork systems from engineering drawings Assist with concrete pours, reinforcing preparation and structural builds Work alongside engineers, operators and site teams to achieve project milestones Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and site safety Carry out general carpentry duties across major civil infrastructure works What We're Looking For NZ Trade Qualified Carpenter or equivalent experience Proven experience in civil, commercial or structural formwork carpentry Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction plans Experience constructing concrete formwork and structural components Physically fit and confident working in a busy construction environment Own tools and reliable transport Site Safe essential EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant civil tickets are advantageous Reliable, safety‑focused and committed to delivering quality workmanship #J-18808-Ljbffr
