Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Penrose Auckland. This position involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing product information, and assisting with order processing and follow-up. The representative will help trade customers with correct part selection, check stock availability, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include updating customer records, trade sales, stock taking and maintaining a professional, helpful approach to all customer interactions. The role also requires learning product ranges and brand specifications to support customers with accurate, technical guidance. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills in roles such as Customer Service Representative, with a focus on trade or technical environments. Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders. Ability to foster Customer Satisfaction and a positive Customer Experience through clear communication and follow-through. Comfort working with technical product information; experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or related industries is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities. Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple customer requests and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency with basic computer systems, CRM tools, and order entry software.
