About the Opportunity Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be accountable for hospital accounts across your defined territory in the Auckland & surrounds. You will play a crucial role servicing clinicians and achieving sales targets with this leading Surgical Medical Devices portfolio. Responsibilities Promote impressive Surgical product portfolio Develop & maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders Actively seek out new business opportunities Initiate new habits/protocols & practises with accounts Provide in-theatre training as & when needed Manage territory budgets & plan effective cycles to achieve sales budgets Active involvement in contracts & tenders processes Actively input into business reviews Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with competitor products Skills and Experience Proven track record of Surgical Devices sales experience In theatre sales experience essential Clinical background adv. Strong experience networking within the hospital setting Proven ability to hunt fr new business opportunities Have experience and comfortable working closely with surgeons Commercially focused and results focused Proven ability to challenge customers status quo Passionate about driving business and achieving best clinical outcomes for the end user #J-18808-Ljbffr
