We are proud to be a locally family owned and operated business, we are committed to investing in our staff & customers. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our enthusiastic team committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests. What skills do I need? Our Sous Chef must have a broad range of skills and knowledge in kitchen operations, modern cooking trends and be able to work both supervised and unsupervised, and have experience of working as part of a collaborative team. At least 2 year experience working in a commercial kitchen and a qualification in commercial cookery. We are looking to fill two positions. You must be a positive, motivated and well organised individual who is capable of running a busy food operation managing A La Carte dining plus catering for functions. Exceptional hygiene standards and good knowledge of working to a NZ Food Control Plan is required. Remuneration We pay our team well! Competitive salary and benefits. Salary Range $32-36 per hour.
