About the Role This is a part‑time permanent position working 36 hours per fortnight. We are looking for a person‑centred individual that enjoys being active and supporting others in their community doing the activities they enjoy. Week 1: Tuesday 8am - 5pm, Friday 3.30pm-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm Week 2: Wednesday 3.30pm-10pm Skills and Experience A Passion for Tangata/People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people Experience: Previous experience working with challenging behaviours, particularly in the Disability space is essential Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles. Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team‑player with a flexible mindset. Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing. Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role. Relevant Qualification: A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing level 3 is preferable Ready to Apply?
