CNC Operator We’re looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join a busy joinery manufacturer, producing high-quality components for residential and commercial projects. Location: Addington, Christchurch Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $32 – $40 per hour (depending on experience), paid weekly What you’ll be doing: Setting up and operating CNC machinery to accurately produce high-quality joinery components Interpreting detailed drawings and plans to ensure precise manufacturing outcomes Cutting, shaping, and machining materials for cabinetry and custom joinery projects Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain efficiency and accuracy Carrying out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines and workflow targets Maintaining high standards of workmanship and a clean, safe workshop environment What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a CNC Operator (ideally in joinery or cabinetry) Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable with a strong work ethic Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment What’s on offer: Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay Ongoing work with consistent hours Supportive team environment Variety of residential and commercial projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
