Night Auditor

Night Auditor We are seeking a Night Auditor to provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectations of our guests. This fixed‑term role is based at Novotel Christchurch Airport. Responsibilities Report to the Night Manager. Manage the hotel during shifts and when senior managers are absent. Assist with guest inquiries and ensure warm, friendly interactions. Address all complaints appropriately. Attend to any emergency issues including security, maintenance, fire or evacuation. Complete audit procedures, run financial reports, investigate anomalies and finish all end‑of‑night tasks. Conduct regular security walks and inspect all hotel areas. Serve as front desk during check‑in and check‑out periods overnight. Requirements Must be available to work overnight shifts. Ideally holds a Duty Manager licence. Confident, motivated with strong guest‑service orientation. Professional personal presentation and strong work ethic. Previous front office experience at a supervisory level. Exceptional attention to detail. Flexible, adaptable and a team player. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Right to work in New Zealand.
