Revised Manuscript Coordinator , Taylor & Francis – Greenhithe, N, NZ. Full‑time, on‑site position. About the Role We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized professional to join the Dove team in New Zealand as a Revised Manuscript Coordinator. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of revised manuscripts while maintaining professional communication with authors and editors. Key Responsibilities Review revised manuscripts to confirm they meet standardized criteria and guidelines. Coordinate with Editors and authors to facilitate the revision process and ensure timely communication of decisions. Notify authors of editorial decisions and assist them in delivering revised manuscripts within required timelines. Manage author reminders and maintain consistent communication to ensure deadlines are met. Assist with projects and other tasks as needed to support the team and organizational goals. Qualifications Background in medical science, biochemistry, or a related field preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Adaptability to dynamic settings and process changes. Proactive problem‑solving and independent project management. High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
