You will be representing a high end vehicle brand within an Automotive Group that offers excellent career progression, earnings and a stable environment for longevity in your role. You will ideally be a current Dealership sales executive looking to cross sell between new and used vehicles, with a high level of professionalism and a good understanding of the NZ market and clientele. Responsibilities Engaging with walk-in and online customers, building strong relationships Following up on leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline Guiding customers through the sales process from enquiry to delivery Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets Working closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth handovers Leadership is invested in your development, and you will be working for one of the top Dealer Principals in the country. What we’re looking for Automotive Dealership sales experience within New Zealand Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills High levels of motivation and a strong desire to succeed A current full NZ Driver's License A positive attitude that works well in a team environment Our client offers a great work life balance, where sales executives can enjoy a weekend with a flexible roster approach.
