Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking someone who is passionate about fostering technology and AI communities to shape and grow Beca’s capabilities across platforms including our AI systems, Beca’s platform for software and agent development, and BEYON™ - Beca’s Digital Twin platform. You’ll play a key role in orchestrating a cohesive, scalable community ecosystem that enables peer learning, drives adoption, and supports capability uplift across the business. You will take an engaging, stewardship‑led approach; creating the structure, guardrails, and momentum for communities to thrive, while enabling them to become self‑sustaining over time. This includes evolving existing communities, fostering engagement, empowering champions, and delivering tailored enablement for both foundational users and advanced practitioners, supported by high‑quality resources and shared learning. Alongside this, you will lead communications and storytelling to bring Beca’s technology and AI journey to life, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver clear, engaging campaigns and narratives. You’ll also connect internal teams with external partners, facilitate learning opportunities, and use insights to track engagement, identify opportunities, and continuously improve adoption—while championing responsible AI practices across all interactions. Mōu ake | About You Proven experience building and shaping communities or engagement networks, ideally within a technology or digital environment. Strong capability in developing and delivering communications plans, campaigns, and engaging content across multiple channels. Experience fostering peer‑to‑peer learning and empowering community champions to drive engagement. Ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear, practical, and compelling messages which resonate with diverse audiences. Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders, including product teams, SMEs, and external partners. Analytical capability to track engagement, interpret insights, and continuously improve community health and adoption. A strong interest in emerging technologies and responsible AI, with the ability to promote safe and effective use across communities.
