Tuesday - Saturday 9am‑5pm (37.5 hours per week). Seeking candidates with a genuine interest or experience in the automotive industry. Work with one of the biggest brands in the automotive industry. About The Role At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store. As a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this – from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products, ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till. Skills & Experience This is a very customer‑focused position, and we are seeking candidates who have a genuine interest in, or experience within, the automotive industry. Previous experience working in automotive retail, parts supply, mechanical workshops or related fields is highly valued. You must be confident working in a retail or sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers. Your strong communication skills and excellent phone manner will be complemented by your team‑focused and ‘can do’ attitude. Full training will be provided on the products we sell, but having automotive knowledge or enthusiasm is a strong advantage. If you have a passion for automotive and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you. Duties Include Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers. Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers. Use your customer service and automotive knowledge to contribute to positive sales performance. Maintain showroom presentation & merchandising standards. Process stock; receive, dispatch & store. Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture. This role will require safe lifting, bending & climbing.
